Dear Parents,
This year we will hold our Parent Teacher meetings via Zoom. We have scheduled these meetings to take place over two weeks this month commencing on Monday 15th November.
We are staggering our meetings as the WIFI can be unpredictable in the school so please note you may have a number of different days/ times to attend meetings for your children.
A summary of the meetings/ dates are:
Monday 15th/ Tuesday 16th November: Junior Infants and Senior Infants Classes, Ms. McAuliffe (SET)
Weds 16th/ Thursday 17th November: 1st Classes, 2nd Classes, Ms. Phelan/ Ms Fagan 3rd Class, Ms O Keeffe (SET)
Monday 22nd/ Tuesday 23rd November: Mr. Langton 3rd Class and both 4th Classes, Ms. Mangan (SET)
Wednesday 24th/ Thursday 25th November: 5th and 6th Classes, Ms. Giblin/Ms. Moran (SET)
We are providing an online booking system for parents to choose times that are suitable to your schedules. The link is https://forms.gle/9iniSPmdWasVLnBP9. Please click on the link and chose the teacher, day and time that suits you. You can do this for all your children. You only need to book your meeting once and an email confirmation is sent if you add your email address along with the Zoom link to your meeting. Each meeting is scheduled for 10 minutes.
Since the advent of COVID-19 and the challenges we have had to overcome, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to meet your children’s teachers via Zoom as we recognise that many of you are eager to get a fulsome update on your child’s educational progress. Maybe next year we will be able to resume face to face meetings again. Please book your slot at your earliest convenience so that you get times that are most suited to your needs.
The classes will be going home 10minutes earlier on the days of their meetings. We will notify you of those changed times in a separate message. In the meantime, please pick your times so we can ensure everyone is scheduled.
